As confirmed the 16-th exhibition “Real Estate” and “International Real Estate” held October 20-22, 2011 in Kiev, real estate is once again becoming a major focus of investment to increase their profitability. Conservation savings – one of the main problems in economically difficult times. Potential buyers have already figured out all the benefits of buying an apartment in a period of stagnation.
At the exhibition its real estate in Ukraine and abroad have demonstrated more than 60 companies from 10 countries worldwide. This year’s exhibition is presented by: real estate and lending in Kiev, Crimea new construction, real estate abroad (Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Russia, Montenegro, Cyprus, Georgia, Germany, Turkey, etc.)
Hosts events to inform and consult international and Ukrainian experts on real estate investments, real estate developers and agencies, representatives of the media – magazines, newspapers, web portals devoted to Ukrainian and foreign real estate.
All interested in the real estate market situation participated in an open forum for the public: “The housing question: how and what to buy real estate today?” Held during the exhibition.
Speakers Forum – market experts from government agencies (Foundation of the State Mortgage Institution (SMI), the State Fund of Youth Housing Assistance), representatives of public organizations, construction, investment, financial, consulting, Ukrainian and foreign real estate companies, leading experts in the field of real estate consultants and analysts, media representatives, discussed the state of the market price and the forecasts built on short-term prospects and had free advice on improving housing conditions, including – for mortgage lending. Focus of the Forum was the subject of risks when buying ready-made citizens, and housing under construction and ways to reduce them.
Also in the Forum were organized public reception on sensitive issues of consumer protection in real estate.
